How it works?

1. Book a Call

The purpose of this call is for us to meet, talk about your ideas and vision and see how we can work together.

Following our call, you will receive an email within the next 24 hours including a detailed summary of our conversation. Once you are ready to proceed, I will forward you the contract and invoice.

2. Sign a Contract / Pay the Invoice

After the contract is signed and the deposit (half of the total amount) or full amount is paid I can start working on your video(s).

3. Let’s Work!

I will create a dedicated folder on Google Drive where you can upload your footage (we can also use Dropbox, We Transfer, or similar, depending on the quantity and size of the footage).

I will send you the final version of the video after you’ve approved all of the edits and the full invoice is paid.

  • I will set up a Google Drive folder where you can upload all of your footage.

    If you already have the footage stored in your Google Drive, Dropbox or any other cloud folder, you can share the link for me to download it.

  • My turnaround time is 72 hours up to a week, depending on the complexity of the video.

    Additional revisions may increase the turnaround time.

  • Yes.

    Services included in YouTube management are:

    YouTube channel launch (conducting channel-related market research, strategy planning, optimizing channel to be SEO, scheduling videos, graphics desgin)

    Video optimization (optimizing description, tags, and keywords to be SEO)

    Scheduling videos for publishing

    Graphics design (creating cover and thumbnail photo)

  • Depending on your needs it can include a raw cut where you only need me to cut out unnecessary parts or you might need additional elements like:

    • transitions/animations/effects

    • adding text/subtitles

    • intro/outro

    • adding b-roll and music

    • color grading

    For this purpose we have an intro call to define your needs and see how we can work together.

    Every video edit includes 2 free revisions.

  • Before starting our collaboration, we both sign a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of our agreement, amongst all the following:

    “Once the Video editor delivers the work product to the Client, the Video editor does not have any rights to it, except those that the Client explicitly grants the Video Editor as written here. The Client grants permission for the Video editor to display all aspects of their work, including but not limited to any sketches, work-in-progress material, and final deliverable content, so long as it is for showcasing the work and not for any other purpose. The Client gives the Video editor permission to show this work as part of portfolios, websites, galleries, and other media. The Client does not grant permission to use the work product for sale or for any other commercial use. The Client cannot revoke this license, even if the Contract ends or is terminated.”
